Stone Strike FAQ
Is Stone Strike free?
Yes. The browser version and the Android app are free. In the app, after level 20 some levels start with an ad, and a one-time purchase removes those ads. Watching a short video is always optional.
Can I play Stone Strike online without downloading?
Yes. The game on the home page runs in your browser. It needs a browser with WebGL 2. If yours does not have it, the page shows a link to the app instead.
Is my progress saved?
In the browser, progress is saved on this device in your browser's storage. In the app, your level in progress is saved every turn, so you can leave and come back.
What is different in the app?
The browser version has the same levels, special bricks and daily challenge. The app plays offline, keeps your progress on your phone and adds daily streaks, a league and events.
Does Stone Strike work offline?
The Android app plays offline and needs no account. The browser version needs an internet connection to open.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Stone Strike is on Google Play for Android, and you can play in the browser on any phone.
How many special bricks are there?
37. A new one arrives every few levels from level 4, and the game explains each the first time it appears. The special bricks page lists them all.
Is there a daily challenge?
Yes. A daily challenge board opens after your first five levels, with a calendar of the days you played. It is in the browser version and the app.
What do the numbers on the bricks mean?
How many hits the brick can take. Each ball that touches it takes one off, and at zero it breaks.
What happens when bricks reach the bottom?
The level ends. From level 6, once per level, you can clear three rows near the bottom and keep going.
